One-on-one sound healing sessions begin with a consultation to align your wellness goals with the right sound frequencies. The sessions can be held at my Atlanta studio, virtually, or in a mutually agreed upon location. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water.

Group Sound Therapy
Help your team destress, add relaxation to corporate events, enhance post-yoga rejuvenation, or gather a group of friends for a therapeutic sound healing experience. Available within a 30-mile radius of Atlanta, GA. Each participant should have a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water.

I offer heart-centered coaching sessions, believing all individuals are whole and healed.
